Cafe Michael Valentine Dinner Menu

"For My Valentine" Dinner
February 14, 2009
1st Course: Smoked Salmon Napoleon. Layers of smoked salmon, avocado and papaya separated by petite potato-thyme wafers, all sitting in a lemon-herb sauce.
2nd Course: Molasses Glazed Duck Salad. Crisp and tender baby spinach tossed with root vegetables, duck roasted to a mahogany glisten and tangy sage vinaigrette.
3rd Course: Lobster and Crab Supreme Souffle. Tender Maine Lobster and blue crab tossed ina vermouth sauce then served with butter croutons and baked into a delicate cheese souffle.
4th Course: Menage at Trois. Medley of three cheeses to cleanse the palette. Served with almond roasted figs and fruits.
5th Course: Beef Tenderloin Medallions. Accompanied by wild mushroom ragout, white truffle polenta, and sweet pea flan.
6th Course: Chocolate, of course! Trio of meringue topped chocolate soup, chocolate tower filled with raspberry mousse, and seckle pear poached in wine and smothered in chocolate sauce.

$115 per person with wine pairing with each course.
