Inspired by the love of baking which her mother instilled in her, Sneola huell enrolled in
The French Pastry School in Chicago, IL.
While in attendance, she studied under internationally renowned chefs Sebastien Canonne, MOF and Jacquy Pfeiffer. This is also where the classic European principles of using only fresh and natural ingredients such as real butter, freshly cracked eggs and pure vanilla, were once again reinforced.
